World HQ.
A beautiful Sunday Morning in Bredonborough.
A film crew arrived around nine to film T & Beric for a Father & Daughter programme. T’s notion of unemployment is one full-time job, under-employment two full-time jobs. So, for her weekend free from fulltime rehearsals, she booked a singing gig last night & a tv programme today.
Yesterday continued to resonate strongly into my morning, and then the computer opened… an inbox of 154 & I can’t even go there. Well, a little then, and it’s down to 148.
An arising concern, at both HQs, is how to manage stuff & not interrupt the creative process. Another arising: addressing the nature & identity of dgmlive.com & allowing for future developments.
Listening: the last 25 minutes of Slow Music: Live At The Crocodile Club.
New (brief) reading of the morning - Music and Emotion: Theory and Research (OUP 2001) Edited by Patrik Juslin & John Sloboda.
18.29 Back online after a gentle 3 hours with T. Inbox down to 145.
